Born to Prabhu Dayal Shukla and Premavati Shukla in Gangapur, Rajastan, on Feb 20 , 1951, was mentored by his spiritual Guru Shrii Shrii Anandamurthi Ji and motivated by his maternal uncle Legendary Pandit Deendayal Upadyay, to be a Karmyogi of par excellence. The National President Dr. Vinod Shukla Ji has done his education from Ujjain Vikram University, MP. Since his childhood he has devoted his life for social and environmental causes. Dr. Shukla was a senior consultant in Industrial and Business Management and Financial Engineering with over 40 years entrepreneurial record, when he took over the stewardship of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Smriti Manch as the National President.

Dr. Vinod Shukla endeavors to support migrant labourers of the society to facilitate them the various benefits under government schemes, medical support, education & employment generation through entrepreneurial, skill and capacity building under the banner of “Rashtra Nirman”. Clean environment and good health being essential for peaceful survival of beings at all strata and a fundamental right of the migrant laborers. Dr. Vinod Shukla endeavours to support migrant laborers of the society to facilitate them the various benefits under government schemes.

Under his aegis, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Smriti Manch has embarked on a crusade to make India a Plastic Waste Free Nation and achieved the milestone of ensuring a ban on the plastic scrap import in our nation. Shri Vinod Shukla Ji’s aim is to cleanse the external and internal (mind) pollution from our nation. For achieving our first goal, we are working in an association with the Ministry of Environment to eliminate plastic waste from our nation. Secondly. Under his guidance, we organize meditation and Yog camps in school, colleges and corporates. Dr. Vinod Shukla is following the footsteps of his uncle late Pandit deendayal Upadhyay Ji.

Even after his busiest worldly schedule he continues to live on the teachings of his Guru of Atma Mokshartham Jagat Hitaya Cha – self emancipation by Ashtang Yoga Sadhana, Meditation with welfare of humanity, which led him to be a successful entrepreneur and man known for his words, principles and revolutionary visionary socio-spiritual leadership.
He has been preaching the Spiritual Ekatma Manavtavadi Leadership associated with several Spritual and Social organisation such as Swami Narayan sanstha, Prajapati Brahmakumaris, Ananda Marga, Art of Living and several National political Leaders.
He is also a passionate nature lover and revolutionary environmentalist- and has taken up the mission to make India free from single used plastic waste and pollution free, both pollution outside - of nature and pollution inside - of mind
